Enrollment Information – USD 505 Chetopa–St. Paul Schools
We welcome new students and families to USD 505! Please review the following guidelines for enrollment:

For New Students:
Any student enrolling in USD 505 for the first time must provide:
-Required immunization records
-Proof of identity (such as a birth certificate)
-Social Security number

For Out-of-District Families:
Students who reside outside of USD 505 must complete an annual application before attending classes:
-This application is subject to approval by the building principal and the USD 505 Board of Education.
-Students who have been suspended or expelled from another district will not be admitted.
-As a condition of enrollment, all students must follow the rules outlined in the student handbook and other district policies. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action, including possible expulsion.

Important Deadline:
Out-of-district families must submit their application paperwork to the school office by June 1 each year.
Forms can be picked up from the school office during regular business hours.
